That is correct - The Key to Success website provides the ULN's in CTF format - this is all covered in the Link2ICT guidance notes http://services.bgfl.org/myportal/custom/files_uploaded/uploaded_resources/1126/ObtainingULN's.pdf As Michael rightly says, the data transfer process is fairly complex and requires detailed knowledge of the table structures in Facility - therefore this is a service Link2ICT can provide, I can only apologise if you didnt receive this information when you called.

Yes, you will need to stop and start the eportal services. Or if you do this the day before you download the overnight refresh of the services will mean that the changes take place automatically and therefore you wont need to re-start.
