CESIL Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 I am trying to reset pupils mouse settings back to default and was looking at the settings in control panel when I saw the "Troubleshoot" button... So I clicked it to see what appeared and what did appear made me laugh out loud! http://www.markhobbs.co.uk/mouse_troubleshooter.jpg

computer_expert Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 i had a good error message when setting up AD on a test VM earlier in the year: This operation failed because: an unknown error occurred while installing active directory. "an error with no description has occurred"
