[ms office - xp] Excel Macro - If Cell Value

Would anyone know how to macro a condition in Excel 2000.

 

Current have a spreadsheet with around 4000 rows, 3 columns. "Pickface"; "Pickface Group"; "Sequence"

 

Is there anyway to check if cell value in Pickface, is the same as Pickface Group and if it is, mark it in some way, and if cell value in Pickface is not the same as Pickface Group mark it in some way as well?
