Alias and zoning in mesh network

We have 4 fibre channel switches, 2 are brocade 200 series, 2 are brocade 300 series. They are connected as one fabric in a mesh network.

 

We also have 2 DS3400 dual controler disk systems, and 7 ESX hosts with dual HBA's.

 

My first question is:

 

Would you setup alias as DS3400_1_A, DS3400_1_B each with 2 members, or would you do DS3400_1_A1, DS3400_1_A2, DS3400_1_B1, DS3400_1_B2 each with one member in them?
