hi we use epo4. It was all working fine then today we had a DOS attack and the whole network went down.

 

Ever since i cannot log into epo. I enter the username and password and press enter, nothing comes up (no error messages) and the username and password boxes become empty.

 

There is also loads of red writing underneath the login box. (Cant remember what it says, but can check)

 

I do not know if this is related to the network going down or a coincidence. has anyone else had this with epo 4 and how did you resolve it please.

My money is on a SQL problem, but show us the red writing.

 

Stopping all ePO services, checking and restarting SQL and then starting ePO services would be a good first step.
