Launching Adobe Reader frin Internet Explorer in Kiosk Mode

Morning All.

 

Have a PC stting in our reception that displays our school website and allows parents to browse the site while waiting to be seen. Have setup the PC to boot using iexplore.exe -k - there is no keyboard just mouse. All works fine until they launch a link to a pdf document - this launches Adobe Reader in kiosk mode too and cant be closed!! I have edited the preferences in Adobe Reader so that it is not launched within Internet Explorer but this doesnt seem to work if IE is in kiosk mode!

 

Any ideas?
