Flash image displays as green block (uniservity)

Hi, My first post.

 

I have created a flash animation for the schools learning platform but when I upload it normally displays as a green square block. I have the newest flash and java and tried on IE 7, 8 and firefox. The odd thing is it sometimes displays but I think this is only after I have logged on as admin onto the computer and into the website, it then sometimes works as the children, but not always.

 

Uniservity say its not them as it works when they check. I have tested on other computers outside the school and sometimes it works and sometimes not.

 

I have also created other flash files with a very small file size just to test.

 

Any ideas?
