Serif Web Plus X2 - XP/Vista Mix

We seem to be experiencing some weird issues with Web Plus X2. Sometimes when students access some work they recieve the following error.

 

 

 

'j198' is the student username and profile, 'j198.htc' will be the profile created by the thin clients on terminal services within the school.

 

We think we've narrowed it down to kids who last accesed their work on vista machines, then when they go to an xp machine they get this error. Web Plus just refuses to open.

 

Anyone experienced something similar? At the moment we're thinking of changing the vista machines back to XP!

Sorted this by holding ctrl when opening web plus to reset the local settings. Not sure why it happened in the first place, but seems to be resolved now
