synaesthesia Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Ello folks, Not sure if this is the right place but I'll ask anyway Trying to set up an online tournament for an older game between me and a few friends. This game uses DirectPlay to communicate via tcp/ip. However, this was (removed?) in Vista, and most of us are Vista/7 users. oddly enough, I can connect to an XP client with it fine, however Vista > Vista/7 doesnt work. Anyone know of a DirectPlayer emulator/layer/wrapper we can use? Tried Hamachi and that doesn't seem to help :|
