[windows software] 2008 Datacenter, virtual servers and downgrade rights

I have 4 per-socket licences for 2008 Datacenter, this allows me to run as many 2008 vms on my two host servers as I like.

 

Can I also use the licence to run virtual instances of 2003 server up to and including datacenter edition via downgrade rights?

Yes... as long you you only have dual processor servers

Aye, they're 4150s - I thought it was the case but it's best to check.
