mattx Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Just got an Event ID 3107 - source: APCPBEAgent "Maximum Internal Temperature Exceeded" My question is - is this refering to the actual UPS or the server ? [ I think it's the actual UPS ] Now for some reason - it did a clean shutdown of the server in which I have configured the powershute software on [ like it's supposed to to ] but it did not on another server server. Also there was another server hanging off it but this is a LAMP server. On checking the event logs it took 1 min from the original alert until it shutdown [ the whole UPS powered off - which makes me think the alert is to do with the UPS and not the server ] - if someone can claify this I would apprecaite it.
Nixphoe Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 It is your APC. If you have the updated Power Agent installed you should be able to check the logs in that as well. 1
