[ms office - 2003] Outlook expands some addresses to include active directory details

I have one user who once she has typed in a list of username into the To: field of Outlook finds that some (but not all) are expanded to include some details from active directory.

 

For example:

 

Mr J Bloggs ;

 

I have changed the details for privacy purposes.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what causes this and how to fix it.
