Printing Issue

Hi all

 

I apologise if this is in the wrong section of the forum, i'm having a printing issue with a HP Laserjet 1012 thats shared out from a desktop machine in one of our departments. The issue is when you send a document to print even if its a test page it will print. But if you send another document to it, then it just sits in the print que. If you restart the Print spooler on the machine its connected to then it prints, then when you send another document it sits in the que.

 

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Brilliant, thanks for that link i removed the tick from the bi directional printing box in the printer settings and it worked.
