dave.81 Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 Last week we had a new office made from some spare space and rather than spend a fortune cabling it we put in one of our spare ruckus AP's on mesh mode. The office needed a pc and phone so have connected the AP to a POE switch and the laptop/IP phone. The laptop is working fine over it but when using the phone the audio will randomly go dead for x seconds and then come back, it's not disconnecting the call just loosing audio. Anyone with any ideas before i jump on the phone to pester techincal support?
