gwendorf Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 We have a Canon Laser Class 2050P fax machine in our office that went down earlier today. The display is showing "ROM Error 8661". We have tried several different methods of troubleshooting with no success. I can't even find any documentation on this particular error code. Can anyone help out? Also, we are moving to a FoIP solution in the next 30-60 days and are looking at XMediusFax software. Does anyone have any feedback on this product? Thanks
