Zoom7000 Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 do you only pay £6 a month for the subscription and if so what channels do you get ? Also do you have to be with sky to use this sky app on your iphone ? Yes, it is £6 a month. You do not need to be a previous Sky customer. I don't have a Sky subscription and I just signed up for it. The channels I can see on the list are: Sky Sports 1 Sky Sports 2 Sky Sports 3 Sky Sports Xtra Sky Sports News Sky News At The Races ESPN It only works over WiFi but it is pretty cool! To get the free 3 month subscription if you are an O2 customer, text "SKY" to 2020. But be quick, it's only for the first 150,000.

m25man Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I use ORB and stream everything I have at home to me anywhere I am. Now I have no excuse not to go out with the Missus! Shopping, relatives anywhere! I just sit there nodding whilst watching whatever I want:D Wifi is best but even over 3g I have had good performance on the iPhone. Much cheaper than a slingbox and if you already have Sky it's even better. I don't have Sky at home anymore, switched to Freesat but I setup our helpdesk PC with a TV tuner in one of my clients that has got Sky and now watch it for free over the T1 link.... 1
