Dos_Box Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Now that Apple is selling unlocked iPhones, is it perfectly OK to put my Virgin sim card into one and then rock and roll without it being locked out? Just asking because I know a few UK operators are now including iPhone packages, and I just needed to know that they will accept any sim, and not just preferred operators sims.
mb2k01 Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 If you buy an already unlocked one yes it should be. If not, they can easily be unlocked. If you're going to be making use of 2g or 3g connection make sure your virgin tarrif has a data package with it.
