Mass Email

Our District "Leaders" have asked us to come up with a way for them to email ALL parents of students in our district (12000 students). Do any of you have to offer this "service"? If so how? 3rd party site or application?

 

We can see LOTS of problems sending this many emails, almost daily, from our own domain. Mainly getting identified as spammers...

Can you not use a dedicated mailing list provider? I can't remember the one I looked at recently, I'll find the link.
