abasel Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 How do I get adito to map a share the the user's home directory (when they login onto adito). The user's home directory is the same as their login ID. Adito is connecting to a Windows 2003 network.
robk Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 There is a bug in the current version that breaks this functionality. You only see files in the root of a share! It's listed as a known bug, there is no timescale shown to fix. Robk
robk Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Worked using home$/${session:username} Does that work for subdirectories below the root though? That seems to be the issue. I am looking at re-installing the older SSL explorer to get round this issue here. RobK
abasel Posted October 28, 2009 Author Posted October 28, 2009 Yes it does work in the subdirectories too
robk Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Yes it does work in the subdirectories too Interesting, is this on a windows host or Linux host (I noticed your other thread) I have it running on a debian host, and find the bug "NetworkPlaces path problem - ID: 2827875" hits us. That said, I just found this in the bug notes on SourceForge:- Date: 2009-10-22 08:34 Sender: lcs-uk We have the same problem. Managed to find a workaround: If you specify the share name as //data in the path field instead of just data it seems to work. and it appears to work for us. So hopefully that moves things along a little. RobK
plexer Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 now this project is part of the open vpn stable I expect more development.
