Adito - mapping to user's home direcotry

How do I get adito to map a share the the user's home directory (when they login onto adito). The user's home directory is the same as their login ID.

 

Adito is connecting to a Windows 2003 network.

There is a bug in the current version that breaks this functionality. You only see files in the root of a share! It's listed as a known bug, there is no timescale shown to fix.

Does that work for subdirectories below the root though?

 

That seems to be the issue.

 

I am looking at re-installing the older SSL explorer to get round this issue here.

Interesting, is this on a windows host or Linux host (I noticed your other thread) I have it running on a debian host, and find the bug "NetworkPlaces path problem - ID: 2827875" hits us.

 

That said, I just found this in the bug notes on SourceForge:-

We have the same problem. Managed to find a workaround:

If you specify the share name as //data in the path field instead of just

data it seems to work.

 

and it appears to work for us.

 

So hopefully that moves things along a little.
