2Publish+ Printing Woes

I have come across a problem with 2Publish+ (part of the 2Simple Collection) this morning. The problem is rather odd and has even baffled the support staff at 2Simple so i thought would see if anyone here has had any similar issues?

 

When selecting MyLayout from the available options in the application and choosing Portrait i am unable to print the file. If i select the landscape option i can print. If i choose any other template options such as poster i can print both landscape and portrait.

 

The default printer is a HP Photosmart 2570.

 

The support staff advised me to install a pdf printer (PDFCreator) to see if this resolves it but no luck. It is only affecting Portrait prints from within this application.

 

I hope someone has some idea what the problem could possibly be?
