superfletch Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Where does a school get the IEP License activator patch please? From Capita or from the IEP Writer (Learn How Publications) supplier? I checked supportnet but no info is immediately available and I know it isn't distributed via Schools Manager, anyone with a quick answer? TIA

Sivadam Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Capita are actively looking at replacing IEP V.3. It is archaic to say the least and my contact at Capita is in agreement. I have already been consulted about how we can improve this and I am currently consulting with our Senco, who uses it, to try and get a picture of what is good about it, it's faults and what he would like to see included in a future product, as well as any other suggestions for improvement. I assume that this new product will be linked in some way to the new Reporting procedures.
ybgict Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 I don't think Captia have replaced it yet - still totally terrible? I am currently on the lookout for a good IEP Writer (preferably an online solution) so if any one has any suggestions then please do let me know.
