Dell Optiplex 760 & 6 Button Mouse Problem

Hi all,

 

We have recently purchased 60 Opti 760s SFF and they came with dell 6 button mice.

We have a strange problem with them. Every so often and randomly they lose connectivity with the mouse.

Unplugging the mouse and plugging it back into the same or different USB port fixes the problem.

 

Anyone else had a similar problem and can offer some suggestions/advice ?
