Unable to access Shared CD Drive

I have two XP Pro SP3 PC's that are on a workgroup which I use to load Software onto our Netbook by sharing out their CD drives. This was working fine, we have just loaded Norton 360 on them both and now we are unable to access the shared cd drives. If we share out a fold on the local C:drive we can see and open the share, however if we share out the cd drive we can see the share but get the message "\\PC\D on PC is not accessible. You might not have permission to use the network resource".

I have taken off Simple File Sharing and Everyone has full control over the drive.

 

Please Help as I need to load Office 2007 asap.
