A device in the core network which deals with load balancing required an unplanned reset today, causing a degradation in services between 3.29pm and 3.45pm, which may have affected a significant number of sites across the LGfL network for a brief period.

 

Synetrix engineers detected the error and corrected it immediately, and are now undertaking a full investigation of the cause.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this incident.
