Smart Notebook 10 and HP Printer going crazy

Hi all I have Smart 10 installed on my teacher laptops since the install when they send anything to print the whole thing goes nuts prints out one page tells me that the print paper in not recognised even though its all set to A4 then when i press select on the printer the printer goes nuts and keeps trying to send the first page of the document over and over untill you switch it off and it clears itself this is the only issue with printing shall i take it outside and drive over it ???? anyone else seen this poltergiest before?

I know this is an old thread, but if you go into printer properties, you will see that the smart notebook is trying to use letter paper rather than A4, hence the printer going a bit mad.

 

It's stored in the profile, so if your users all have there own profile you might want to show a few of them how to make the change themselves.
