karldenton Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Hi, I have setup (using Joomla) an intranet. Pupils and staff see the same page. There is a login box at the bottom that only staff have a username and password for. Once logged in they see other modules etc. Is there a way to link Joomla to AD AND reconise they are in the staff group and automatically log them in. We have the problem of staff not login in therefore missing out on information.
dwhyte85 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Hello, add ons exist for logging in using AD credentials but i'm fairly sure they'll have to take the step of actually logging in to it through the page :-(
