Quick Excel Question

Hi,

We have our school calendar on Excel. The only macro is to ensure it opens on the first worksheet.

On every machine both this years calendar and last years open fine.

On one admin machine she can open last years but not this. Excel loads but the worksheet doesn't. If you go to file - open the same happens.

Any ideas.

Are you using the same version of Excel on all three machines? I know that in every new version of Office, security settings with macros is disabled by default.

 

If I'm right, you can either enable macros on an individual basis or alternatively use ORK tools or the Office Resource Kit to set the default security level. Each version of Office has a different set of tools, but they all do the same things.

Its Office 2000 - same on all machines. Even dropped the macro level to low but didn't work.
