create import csv

Hi, I used to have an access query which changed the SIMS year list extract into a form which I could upload into active directory. I need an access query which will do the following

 

currently the export looks like "John Smith"

 

What I want is the field to look like "09SmithJ"

 

I know this is simple, but it's bugging me.

I've not touched Access in *years*, but the following in Excel would do it if you had 'John' in A1 and 'Smith' in B1, stick this in C1

 

= "09" & B1 & LEFT(A1,1)
