Edugeek Joomla 1.0 Template to 1.5

is there any way of getting the joomla edugeek 1.0 template on the edugeek joomla 1.5?

 

as our school's website it based of that template and we have got a new server to put it on and want to upgrade to 1.5

 

any help is appreciated
