Hi, We are using a VBS Script to add printers on login based on Computer name. The script is working (no errors) but it is very intermittent. It will work for a period of time then not add but a log off and back on usually fixes the issue. Anyone has this? Or know of anything i can change in GP etc to ensure it runs. Thanks

Hi all, I have got an report which i want to run from command reported. The report will run perfect if i dont specify a param file. I have run commandreporter with /PARAMDEF and got the xml code then put it in a .xml file and pointed at it using /PARAMFILE. When doing this i get Error Processing Report Parameters. Anything you can think of? Thanks

Hi all, We have deployed Adobe CC which has been installed into our WDS Image. We have an issue which when students try and use it they are promted to log in. We have spoken to adobe and was told to run the AdobeSerialization exe which fixes the issue until the students logged off. Anyone seen or fixed this? Thanks

I have no idea why its being quarantined and i'm not sure how to find out what is up with it. I cant find anywhere with this information

I am having a issue with a Quarantined Mailbox in exchange 2010. I have followed all the guides to manually deleted the registry key and restart the Exchange IS service but all that does when the user opens up outlook is put it back in quarantine. Has anyone seen this or had any luck rectifying the issue? Cheers

starting experiencing this issue with windows 7 and server 2008 r2. followed various articles with no success. Microsoft recommendation didn't help as we dont use CNAME for mapping printers. We use group policy preferences. 95% of the time the printer will add perfectly fine the other 5% the printer adds but you can't select it as the default printer unless you delete and add it manually or log off and back on. Anyone experience this issue? Thanks

Hopefully, this is right place. We have two Kyocera FS-C8500DN at school and are doing my head in. I have installed them on out print server running Server 2008 R2. Installed using a 64bit driver and adding a additional driver for our 32bit machines. On the 32 bit machines the printer is working brilliant but on the 64bit side of things when students go to print A3 does not show in the list to print on yet it shows it when I click paper sizes to add a additional size. I have tried all drivers and even contacted Kyocera (Wasn't very useful) Has anyone has this issue before? Thanks

Not sure if this is the correct place really. Anyway, We have put thin clients in all teaching classrooms which are connected to a smartboard. When I log in the client locally and load notebook up then write on the board, writing appears into notebook document. But when i log into a terminal session and use notebook there then write again it creates a ink layer and doesnt write directly into the notebook. Has anyone come accross this issue. I think it is because the driver is locally on the machine it can't communicate with the remote session. Thanks

i can't seem to find the driver for PCL5e yet it says it can. I have even rang up the kyocera support and they said it isnt a driver.
