[Moodle] Missing Surname

Hi,

 

When a student or staff member logs into Moodle and views a forum post the surname of the poster is missing. When a site admin logs in the full name is displayed. I can't see a permission anywhere does anyone have any thoughts please?

Login as Admin, click on Security -> Site Policies from the Site Administration block.

 

Scroll down about half way to find: Full Name Format

 

Select: First Name + Surname from the drop down menu.

 

Dont forget to Save Changes.
