So I was driving around Auckland the other day and noticed this, I just had to take a photo to show others. I am fully aware that the fullstop at the end makes it proper respectable english but come on. Who signed off on this

Was 23C here yesterday....

 

In winter

It was 16 degrees C at the time that photo was taken (also winter) and yes it was a bit cloudy but there again most of NZ is green so it needs a bit more rain than Australia

 

Anyhow I did not stop to ask what went on there, just stopped long enough to take the photo and bailed just in case.

My post was a dig to the Uk'ers.. where 16-23 would be considered summer

Good dig either way (UK | NZ) ironiclly in a shameless bit of self promotion I submitted this to digg using the forum bookmark/share options as this kind of stuff usually does quite well there and may drive more traffic to EG.
