It's worth looking at that and I was thinking about Hiroshima (and Nagasaki) recently.

 

We've been seeing in some newspapers that "whatever the military ask for when they are fighting a war, the government should give it to them". Well, this is an example of what happens when the military get everything they ask for and it's not good.

 

Please note, I'm not saying I think everything is perfect in Afghanistan, Iraq or even bases like Cyprus; I'm just saying that "whatever they want, without question" is not the way to go.
