Lu-Tze Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 Although I have tried numerous times, (with different fingers) I cannot seem to register my fingerprint. It accepts the first six or seven scans, then inexplicably tells me that it 'cannot register fingerprint' and has me start all over again. Help? Pleaseee?
markberry Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 I've had a similar problem with a new Vista tablet I've bought. Got to attempt 16 and gave up with it. For some reason it wanted a huge number of good attempts and after 16 which eventually registered I gave up. My Windows 7 laptop asked me 3 times and registered fine. Works almost every time I try to login using my finger.
