    I have a LaCie hard drive that I used to get my files of of a MAC computer. Now, I need to transfer those files onto a PC. However, when plugged in, I cannot find a way to open the drive. It appears in my Device Management list, but I cannot find how to reformat or open it. Please help.

    Although I have tried numerous times, (with different fingers) I cannot seem to register my fingerprint. It accepts the first six or seven scans, then inexplicably tells me that it 'cannot register fingerprint' and has me start all over again. Help? Pleaseee?
