HP Service for warranty and carepack issues

I have been contacted by ebm office centre [http://www.ebm.co.uk]

 

They have told me that they will clean and repair any HP kit which is still in warranty.

 

Extract from the E-mail:

 

"...we are an Authorised Service Partner (ASP) of HP on warranty and carepack work, for Printers, PC’s and Laptop computers. You can now log your repair calls direct with us and all repairs are FREE under warranty or care packs, to confirm any warranty status please send us the serial and model number of any product so we may check them for you...."

To dig up this old thread. I've just had a call from them too, and also want to check to make sure its legit.

We used EBM and they were great at fixing everything first time with carepacks purchased
