Getting annoyed on Horde - GoW2

Have noticed that since the 4th July weekend, there are far more folk cancelling the games they host on Horde. Was playing a few nights ago and had got to level 28 with 4 other folk. We were playing well as a team but the host paused the game, then cancelled it which kicks the rest of us out.

 

Happened a few other times, sometimes after just a few rounds.

 

Anyone else noticing this and getting annoyed?

 

Edit: These aren't "party" games, just public.
