Have you tried updating the BIOS?

on 90 machines isnt viable, these are our main classrom pc's (RM ones)

The FOG Wiki has a good page on PXE Errors.

PXE error code - FOGWiki

unfortunatley it give me no more information on the issue, i cannot find anywhere any info on why this is happening or how to fix it...

luckily theres a windows base biso updater, simple .exe that you run, ok to a few prompts, pc reboots and its done.

will probably run a batch file pointing at the installer..
