Geek_of_HeathMount Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 After upgrading her iphone she has since discovered that it is now locked and she can't access the phone or itunes. itunes on her mac keeps asking for a code to be entered onto the iphone however the iphone doesn't give her a screen to enter the code!!! any ideas TIA

L_Smith Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 I was going to say the same thing. Also id get her to chsck the sim card. It's unlikly that thats the problem seen as ITunes is asking for a code.

L_Smith Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 I'd get her to get in contact with o2 then. They should be able to provide the relevant codes to fix the problem. If that fails then Apple would be my next step, I have had alot of dealings with them in the past and 8/10 times they are quite helpful.
L_Smith Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 By the way. Has she tried a soft reset? If you hold down the power button and the one at the bottom of the phone for about 10-15 seconds, it resets the software.
