We are due to be getting around 30 PCs to put in the classrooms for the teachers and I am looking to set up some default profiles for the staff, and hopefully have it so that when they open up my documents it saves to "U:\" rather than "C:\My Documents", and does NOT give the option to have a roaming profile. I can do it individually for each PC and each user, but that would take forever so I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to set it up with a group policy or via a VBS or Batch script?

Any help is much appreciated.

You need to change the setting in Active Directory, no need for a script.

in the home drive section under Profile when clicking a user, you choose your letter U in your case and then put in something like

\\server\users\%username%\

You also need to make sure you have folder redirection set to redirect My Documents to the home drive, this will then ensure every time a user select my docs, it will be your server rather than a local docs.
