button_ripple Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Very odd problem - I can send e-mails to anyone on our school domain (stmatthews.primaryluton.co.uk) but I can't send them to anyone else (e.g. a yahoo address, LEA address). Receiving them is fine. We don't manage the server it is part of our learning platform (but they do let us use Outlook) I think it is a problem with outlook as I get the following message instantly when trying to send e-mails: "Your message did not reach some or all of the intented recipients. Subject: Sent: 18/06/2009 15:20 The following recipient(s) could not be reached: on 18/06/2009 15:20 550 ...Local users only accepted." Has anyone got any ideas? I can send the e-mails if I use the webmail.
featured_spectre Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Call russell house and log the issue as the county email servers are sitting in there. They are having problems and the more people that log the calls the better. 1
