wesleyw Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Does anyone know how to remove the audio (I want the video but the audio is a music track that hasn't been granted permission yet) from M4V and SWF files? Wes
enjay Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 In Premiere, you can unlink the video and audio, then delete the audio track. I've not tried with swf files though...
Dom_ Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Can't you install camstudio, set it to record then play the file with muted audio? Dom
laserblazer Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 I think it's possible with Movie Maker providing you can open your file format. If so, drag it to the timeline and then expand the timeline with the + on the left. Right click on the audio and then select volume and mute clip. You can then export it.
tom_newton Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 mencoder (part of the mplayer package) should be able to do this.
