Terminal Server

Does anyone know of a free terminal services style server product? I know I can buy TS Cals for between £9 - £13 and an external access license for unlimited use for about £1700 there is of course Suns Global Desktop for about $500 and Citrix at £120 per license but I wondered whether anyone knew of another product either cheaper or free? XEN and Bochs I believe are free but they are more Virtual Machines like VMWare more than a Terminal Service.

Edubuntu linux distrobution, includes the above-mentioned LTSP package by default with educational software.

again, LTSP from within school, FreeNX or SUN for external access.

This looks very interesting but we aren't running a linux system as yet. Is there anything for the Windows OS?

@wesleyw: Don't forget you will still need your Windows Server CALs if you do find something.

Yeah that's no problem I've already got about 30 odd extra ones and the only people who'll be able to use it are certain admin staff and the IT Dept.

The linux distro wasn't bad but to do everything I need to do I'll have to go down the expensive route, having said that Precedence Technologies system seems really good if you want to run old kit and you can use their ThinIT client software as that PCs only OS. Even to the point of replacing the hard drive with a flash memory one.
