shafia2009 Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 I was concisering taking the MCDST 20271 exams i just wanted to know if anyone knows how many question there is and how are\they scored and what is the passs mark? This there any resources out there that are free to help me prepare.
DrPerceptron Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 Amazon etc have a huge book on everything that's included in the exam.... generally, there's a book of biblical proportion to go with all the MS certifications. I was going to do it, but I've backed out now and decided to go down the route of taking the Server 2008 quali's and wait around for the Win7 qualification to become available...
peterdoherty Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 70-271 is all multiple choice Approx 50 questions in 2.30-3hrs Marked out of 1000 (MS do not release how they mark questions and if some questions are worth more than others or if you get part of a multi-answer question whether yuo get credit or not) Pass mrk 700 (ie 70%) You will get your result at the end of the test.
