speckytecky Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 Several of you good folk have answered PMs etc from me on the setting up of Edugeek Joomla but I'm still having problems. It's probaably me being a muppet! If anyone can point me in the start direction I'd be very happy:D We are with SWGfFL I have the advance webhosting package set up and have been onto Plesk and set up a database. I have Filezilla set up to access the SWGfL site and that all connects fine and dandy. Here I open the Edugeek Joomla package, open the site folder and at the remote I open the httpdocs folder then select all in the site folder and send it to the httpdocs folder. Things trundle on but the end message is 3614 failed and no succesful transferes. What's my blunder please folks?
apoth0r Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 In my experience it's regarding the permissions, I had a bit of a faff setting it up and ended up contacting the provider to sort it for me. That's what they are paid for! Just explain the problem and they will get back to you when it's sorted. 1
