Sharp MX5001N Photocopier/Scanner

Does anyone have one or a similar model?

 

I want to setup a login so a user has to put a pin number in when they come to scan/print etc, does anyone have any ideas, the manual is one of those things you dont want to read and is around a ream long and its not in a very good order (I think!).

We have some sharp photocopiers set to challenge for a pin number when they print. The instructions are rubbish and you need to make sure you use the right driver as there is more than one. The only other setting is to make sure on the photocopier that unauthorised people cant print.

How do you set the printer to prompt for it to ask for a pin number?
