konica bizhub C352 department codes

Hi all we have just ha a new photo copier installed in the main office and I have recieved the old unit (bizhubC352) for our It suite printing I have set up a number of printers on our server and scripted them to install, 2 per user one black and one colour, with the black set as default, works perfectly, now i am tring to get the account codes set up on the photo copier to roll out to users. I have done this on other photo copiers with no problem in the past I have just gone to the installed printer on the server and put in the department id and the correct code in, then when the user logs on it has just picked it up. I have also had copiers that have been a pain and involved messing with registry keys or template files but with this I can't find any thing any one done this before or even have any sugesstions thanks alex.
