Symantec Uninstall

Hi All

 

A school where i work we are having problems with symantec client security software e.g not updating correctly. With the lience nearly up we are thinking of changing and going with sophos. The only problem i got is the school network is rm based (cc3). When you re-image a computer symantec is installed as part of the image. If we are running sophos how would i get sophos to install as part of the image. Would i do this with packages or does every computer need to be rebuilt
