I'm looking for a decent Digital Flash Gun for a Canon EOs 450D something like the 360AFD (Jessops)- around the £100 mark

 

and

 

Studio Lighting - Interfit EX 150 MkII 2 Head Kit or similar - around the £200 mark

 

Any of you guys help or recommed someone?

 

(If our FO came into the modern age and allow me to order online it would be easy, but no, it has to be a PO via snail mail )

The 360AFD isn't the best flash around - I've read that it suffers from some fall-off.

 

Nissin seems to be well regarded - try this one:

The Interfit kits are quite good - I want one at some point. The 150's not very powerful, but probably good enough for anything other than pro work.

Before I place an order - anything on the Lighting Kit?

Thanks - It doesn't have to be pro standard and I use the 360AFD at home with no problems and the lighting kit is so we can take decent pics of the students for parents and SIMS etc.

I recently bought one of the Interfit Lighting kits you're talking about - it's very good. Just a thumbs up on that one for you.

 

I got mine from Warehouse Express - managed to get a clearance, refurbed set for £150
